Tommy's health report- fleas

Fleas are parasites, so Tommy Nelson is drinking every Saturday a green liquid that is a medicine. The vet told :

''If Tommy starts eating grass, leave him alone. Grass kills parasites.''

The really weird thing about the medicine is that it kills parasites from the inside part of Tommy's body!
